We strive to provide physical accessibility, financial accessibility, and a more welcoming vibe for the many people who may not see themselves represented in your typical fitness and gym spaces!!

Our certified and experienced practitioners are here to help you meet whatever your goals may be, whether it’s getting stronger, reducing pain, recovering from illness or injury, or just moving your body and having fun!

ACCESSIBILITY IN FITNESS

In addition to squat racks, barbells, dumbbells, cable systems, and adjustable benches, we have adaptive equipment including a safety bar, a step-through hex bar (for seated deadlifts) and a few types of grip aid.

If you have a disability and want to inquire about a specific type of adaptive equipment, please message us!

We aim to be a sensory-friendly environment:
all rooms have soft, adjustable lighting, limited cross-noise, and no harsh scents.
Each room has an air purifier, and our central AC keeps things cool during the hot summer months.

Subsidized training for low income people with disabilities

We recognize that disability is costly, and folks who need strength training and rehab the most often cannot access it for financial reasons.

Via our patreon, we have a donor-funded scholarship program for low income people with disabilities to access fully and partially subsidized training, massage, and acupuncture, at our space.
